Is Wiregrass Homes a real estate brokerage?
No. We are not a traditional real estate brokerage. We own, improve, rent and evaluate residential properties directly.
What kinds of properties do you consider?
Houses that need repairs, inherited properties, vacant houses, existing rental properties and homes owned by people who are relocating.
Does my house need to be repaired before I contact you?
No. A property does not have to be completely renovated before you contact us. Photographs are helpful but aren't required for the initial review.
Am I obligated to sell if I submit my property?
No. There's no requirement to move forward simply because you contacted Wiregrass Homes. You should choose the selling method that works best for your circumstances.
Where do you buy and rent properties?
Our primary focus is Dothan and the Alabama Wiregrass, with selected opportunities in Southwest Georgia and Northwest Florida.
Will you make an offer on every property?
